Executive - Sales Operations

Your Profile

  1. Provides pre-sales and/or post-sales operational support & manages order fulfilment completely.
  2. Take individual responsibility/ownership of the operational flow of an event from beginning to end.
  3. Handling Start to end Operations for an event allocated.
  4. Payment follow-ups with client and Sales Team.
  5. To assist in driving process improvement program cross-functionally.
  6. Serves as interface for all bookings status and handle escalation.
  7. Facilitates event and sales information flow to Sales Team and the client.
  8. Focuses on delivering a positive customer experience.
  9. Maintaining order/ event closure reports and preparing analyse on that basis.
  10. Co-ordination with Inter/Intra departments for various activities related to events, processes etc
  11. Handle and close all incoming enquiries for sports, events and movies.
  12. Make outbound calls and send emails to the relevant data base and inform them of the upcoming events as and when required.

Your Checklist

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong process orientation.
  2. Excellent MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word and Power point)
  3. Knowledge of Saleforce.com
  4. Minimum 1 year of experience in Operations
  5. Flexible in working late hours or on weekends /off days from home/office as per work demands.
  6. Must be able to work well within a team and communicate effectively.
