Your Profile

  1. Have clear understanding of various digital and online advertising platforms and formats such as PPC, Social, Display, Native, Search, Video et al & associated metrics
  2. Develops unique strategies and build client strategies within the digital arena to meet/exceed objectives
  3. Preparing client facing decks. Leading and presenting campaign strategies, timelines, budgets, work and updates to agency team and clients.
  4. Up to date with the latest digital trends, products, features etc.
  5. Managing organic and digital strategies for cohesive marketing communications efforts and multiple accounts. Understanding how to complement and involve traditional communications strategies into a campaign.
  6. Identify client requirements and strategize and plan campaigns to achieve client KPI’s and maximize advertising ROI.
  7. Proactively working to create targeting strategies to reach and engage multiple audiences. Engaging with and responding to audience members as appropriate.
  8. Ensure campaigns are maintained and optimized based on reporting insights
  9. Lead client calls & meetings 
  10. Working hand-in-hand with campaign managers and strategists to create goals and KPIs, then ensuring campaigns are performing as they should.
  11. Facilitating the development of creative from brief to finished product.
  12. Utilizing and maintaining social media management 
  13. Maintain and nurture client relationships
  14. Manage client expectations, bringing issues/concerns to clients' attention before they become problems, offering potential solutions, and advising of potential delivery delays
  15. Proactively keeps abreast of assigned clients' marketing and media plans, and provides technological solutions including rich media, site optimization, promotional ideas, mobile, social networks, viral, etc.
  16. Write communications briefs, ensuring that creative and media are effectively integrated
  17. Manage and prepare live case studies and research studies that yield rich insights into consumer online behaviour and key motivational/attitudinal behaviour
  18. Develop a total understanding of online target audience and mindset modes
  19. Write and transmits conference reports to clients and teams
  20. Review statements and estimates of work prior to client review
  21. Provide campaign performance reporting and analysis to clients
  22. Ensure accountability is established during the project planning process


Your Checklist

  1. 5+ years of full-time experience in digital marketing or advertising in SEM/SMM/PPC & platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Third Party ad platforms.
  2. Should have Experience in strategizing, executing and optimizing digital campaigns
  3. Must have knowledge of Analytical tools (eg: Google Analytics)
  4. Have the ability to develop digital and marketing communications strategies based on research and analytics
  5. Have understanding of, experience with and insight into digital communications strategies and audience targeting
  6. Strong analytical and project management skills
  7. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and proven written communication and presentation skills
  8. Should have superior communication skills, both internal and client-facing,
  9. Should have strong relationship management, organizational and project management skills.
  10. Ability to work effectively with a variety of internal teams and business groups, including Creative, Media and Technical Delivery Specialists
  11. Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities with client partners
  12. Strong interest in technology or digital marketing
  13. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field
  14. Well versed with Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Google Sheets & CRMs
  15. Certifications in digital and/or social marketing preferred.
