Campaign Manager - Paid Strategy

Your Profile

  1. Have clear understanding of various digital and online advertising platforms and formats such as PPC, Social, Display, Native, Search, Video & associated metrics
  2. Set up ads across platforms and manage budget
  3. Execute campaigns on paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter
  4. Responsible for planning and budgetary control of digital marketing activities conducted on the above-mentioned platforms.
  5. Collaborate with the different GTM teams to ensure that personalized assets are created for the different target accounts which are engaging and enable conversion across the buying funnel.
  6. Strategize and execute customized marketing campaigns for the target accounts, utilizing the complete toolbox for a modern digital marketer.
  7. Create quarterly marketing plans for targeted list of accounts and contacts that focus on customer acquisition and accelerate opportunity close and expansion
  8. Manage the tracking of results through platforms, GA, UTM’s
  9. Work with our design and content teams to build ad content
  10. Report on success and failures so we can stay updated and always be improving results
  11. Hold cross-channel teams accountable to provide complete, A+ work, on time and on point
  12. Solve complex problems for clients by understanding their business, its needs and industry and analytic trends
  13. Create plans and strategies on the go
  14. Manage multi-channel resource allocation, including spends across digital assets
  15. Expand on existing strategies, add new services and research new platforms to create growth
  16. Identify areas of bid/budget/keyword automation to guarantee better Sales performance
  17. Up to date with the latest digital trends, products, features etc
  18. Proactively working to create targeting strategies to reach and engage multiple audiences. Engaging with and responding to audience members as appropriate.
  19. Lead client calls & meetings 
  20. Should be absolutely thorough with key metrics and business goals – CPC, CPA, ROAS, TCPA etc.

 

Your Checklist

  1. 2+ year of executing campaigns on Google & Facebok
  2. Content creation skills
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills
  4. Ability to understand the target audience and plan campaigns accordingly
  5. Should have Google Analytics, Google Ads & Facebook Bluprint certification
