Your Profile

  1. Understand the client brief related to BMS Live Events from the sales team. Take handover of from the sale team on key deliverables promised
  2. Responsible for delivery of all on ground, digital, social, event specific deliverables for the client
  3. Liaison with right POC at client side to get detailed brief on all deliverables
  4. Work closely with sales, BMS Live BD, Marketing and operations team to ensure seamless delivery and high quality execution of deliverables as per commitment
  5. Handle any issues/gaps in deliverables with a workaround and escalate to right stakeholder if not able to do so
  6. Share timely reports and update with clients and internal stakeholders on successful execution of the campaigns

Your Checklist

  1. 3+ years’ experience in client servicing for event sponsorship and client interaction
  2. Understanding of marketing objectives, digital and social marketing, event on ground ops and campaigns
  3. Meticulous in planning & organizing, with a sense of urgency to manage multiple live projects
  4. Experience in working with dynamic and fast paced work environment
