Your Profile

  1. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Management Information System (MIS) to ensure accurate and efficient data management.
  2. Monitor and evaluate data integrity, data entry processes, and system performance to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Generate and distribute reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to provide key insights to management for decision-making purposes.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define MIS requirements, implement system enhancements, and troubleshoot any issues.
  5. Assist the accounting team in day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance.
  6. Conduct periodic reconciliations of accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
  7. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  8. Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and information.
  9. Assist in the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the financial health of the company.

Your Checklist

  1. Proven experience 7 - 9 years in MIS management, accounting, or finance roles.
  2. Strong knowledge of MIS concepts, databases, and reporting tools.
  3. Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
  4. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  6. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements.
  7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  8. Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
